rude reception staff unprofessional service
the hotel had beautiful courtyards in the centre of each block of rooms , and the courtyards had lush flowering vines growing up between each section of rooms.
this hotel did not meet my expectations, particularly regarding the level of service i encountered. upon arrival, i found the reception staff to be quite rude. i was disappointed by the lack of attentiveness and professionalism shown. this experience certainly detracted from my overall impression of the hotel.

Fantastic stay. Highly recommended
great location large pool lush courtyard
this hotel's location proved very convenient. it was a short drive from the airport, near a shopping mall and a pharmacy. i particularly appreciated the large pool and its design with a splash area for toddlers. there were many loungers available too.
i found the lack of clarity regarding dining options somewhat confusing. it was occasionally difficult to locate staff members to assist with meal arrangements. a poolside cafe or bar would improve the experience.
Service
9/10
i observed that the staff were polite and efficient in their duties, attending to guest needs promptly. the hotel manager, sana, was particularly helpful and cute, she ensured a smooth experience for everyone.
Dining
8/10
the breakfast provided a good variety of options, and i noticed the food was well prepared. the bakery items were especially tasty. it had good facilities, also, the private tours were inexpensive, a plus for me
